All in stock items will be placed in the mail within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are as follow:

Media Mail: 2-10 business days

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

In the event your order is not received please use the tracking information emailed to you and contact USPS directly to obtain tracking updates.  At this time we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages Contact us directly and we will assist you in finding a comparable solution. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new unopened condition and in its original packaging.

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

To initiate a return please email youalwaysmatterbook@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items will not be accepted prior to confirmation of requested return. 

Once approved a refund will automatically be processed toward the orig al form of payment. Please allow adequate time for bank processing.

1. Do you offer bulk pricing for large orders?
Yes bulk pricing is available. Please contact us with your desired order number and we will send you the pricing and shipping options.

2. How can I book you to do a reading/presentation for my class or program?
Please send us information regarding your desired event and date. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any in person reading events. Child literacy is so very important and we look forward to collaborating.

3. Do you offer refunds or what is the process for a refund?
Please refer to our refund and return policy for questions regarding refunds and returns.

4. I ordered presale, when can I expect my copy?
Pre-sale orders will go live June 1st. All Pre-orders will begin being fulfilled July 1st. We will notify you of any anticipated delays that are unforeseeable at this time.

5. How can I get a signed copy of the book?
All Pre-orders will be signed. Thereafter signed copies will be available at all pop-up shops and in person events. These events will be regularly posted on our social media page.
